All orders are shipped from our trusted warehouses located in the United States, allowing us to provide fast and reliable delivery across the U.S.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

How do I request a refund?

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return, refund, or replacement process.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $25.

For orders below $25, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support.vitlyhub@gmail.com with your order number.

We'll investigate the issue and work quickly to provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Limiting our shipping area allows us to provide faster delivery times and a better overall customer experience.
