Estimated delivery times are provided in the order confirmation email and are intended as a general guideline only.

Standard shipping is $4.99. Free shipping applies to orders over $25.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with most deliveries arriving within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, shipping destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Vitly Hub currently ships exclusively within the United States.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Vitly Hub shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping charges, when applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout before the purchase is completed and form part of the total order price.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Vitly Hub cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
